The Vita-Men (and Women) are here to teach consumers about the role of vitamins as “supporters and protectors” of good health, and “preventers” of disease. Each vitamin “super-hero” appears on a trading card; flip the card for some quick facts on that vitamin. More facts, such as its role in body metabolism, are also included here. “Vitamins, Health, and Lifestyle” contains one article on how exercise and proper diet figure into good health. “Where To Find Them” includes some information on good sources of each vitamin, and how to use the Food Guide Pyramid to make good food choices. The site offers two viewing options; the animated version requires a Shockwave Flash 2 plug-in. We visited the non-animated version for this review.
